Collaborating closely with Commercial Loan Coordinators and Loan Officers, these specialists gather and compile essential information to ensure smooth loan transactions. Given that commercial loans are a primary revenue driver for UMB, this position is vital to our success.
This role involves handling loans of various sizes and complexities. Our specialists are proactive problem solvers who support our lenders and internal partners, ensuring that we deliver an exceptional customer experience to our clients seeking loans. How You'll Spend Your Time:
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to create all necessary internal documentation for loan closings.
- Applying strong communication skills to relay up-to-date information to all involved parties, ensuring compliance for loans.
- Working collaboratively with your team to devise solutions, rectify loan issues, and gather required information.

- You possess 2 years of experience in Commercial, Consumer, or Real Estate Loan Coordination or Documentation.
- You have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- You have prior experience with loan documentation software.

This position is open to candidates located in Kansas City, MO (1008 Oak Street), remote positions in Colorado, hybrid options in Iowa, and remote positions in Texas.
Compensation Range: $44,790.00 - $86,510.00
