How You'll Spend Your Time:

  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to create all necessary internal documentation for loan closings.
  • Applying strong communication skills to relay up-to-date information to all involved parties, ensuring compliance for loans.
  • Working collaboratively with your team to devise solutions, rectify loan issues, and gather required information.

  • You possess 2 years of experience in Commercial, Consumer, or Real Estate Loan Coordination or Documentation.
  • You have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • You have prior experience with loan documentation software.

This position is open to candidates located in Kansas City, MO (1008 Oak Street), remote positions in Colorado, hybrid options in Iowa, and remote positions in Texas.

Compensation Range: $44,790.00 - $86,510.00

The posted compensation range reflects UMB's standard for this role; actual compensation may differ based on geographic location, experience, and other factors. This range does not capture the complete earning potential for this position. Refer to the benefits description for more details.
