Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate meetings to ensure labor figures are current and accurate.
• Collaborate with management to review project estimates and budgets.
• Oversee various types of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, and Mod-Bit.
• Ensure roofing projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage crews comprising foremen, superintendents, and other team members.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate and identify current roofing systems installed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating and project management.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing materials and techniques.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• A positive attitude and analytical mindset, with self-driven ambition and a collaborative spirit.
