Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with various clients to creatively address their complex business challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients through project scoping, pre-sales, post-sale handoffs, and relationship maintenance.
- Coordinate proposal writing and submissions to ensure high-quality responses to RFPs.
- Collaborate with New Business Development and Strategic Account Management to identify business alignment opportunities.
- Develop and manage client relationships to achieve business goals through proposals and upselling.
- Negotiate and execute business agreements, ensuring a seamless transition to project teams.
- Represent our capabilities at trade shows and host webinars on industry insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a scientific/life sciences or business-related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing role within the life sciences industry, with a proven track record of business development.
- Familiarity with advanced consulting methodologies and healthcare datasets.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- A collaborative team player with strong attention to urgent matters.
- Ethical and transparent in communication, with a desire for continuous learning.
Travel: Approximately 50% is expected.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $190,000 plus commission, depending on qualifications and experience.
