Practice Setting:

• Employed structure in a private practice setting, outpatient only
• Inherit an established patient base with opportunities for growth
• Established referrals from ODs, PCPs, and government-run clinics, providing a large and diverse service area
• Ophthalmology-focused practice with on-site optometrist
• ASC with 2 Operating Rooms connected to the clinic (Joint Commission Certified)
• No hospital/trauma call

Schedule:

• 4-day workweek, 5-day workweek alternating every other week
• Clinic hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• ASC in use 5 days/week, with one provider in surgery at all times
• Flexible surgery schedule with increasing time as your patient panel grows

Support Staff:

• Dedicated scribe, assigned to be an extension of YOU
• Experienced OPH scrub tech and surgical team in each OR
• 11 tenured, extremely knowledgeable clinical technicians
• Practice manager & experienced clinical administrator on site to streamline patient flow

Financials:

• Guaranteed base salary range starting at $400,000
• Net collections bonus structure with no threshold!
