Your Impactful Role
As an LPN/LVN, your journey will entail:

• Delivering direct patient care according to the personalized care plan and physician orders.
• Monitoring patient behaviors, vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Collaborating with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement care plans.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• A year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred. Rehabilitation experience is a plus.
