Realize Your Vision as a Registered Nurse
- Oversee and coordinate patient care and treatments while leading assessments of patient needs.
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families to promote effective recovery strategies.
- Work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure cohesive and excellent patient care.
- Act as a supportive resource for team members dealing with complex patient situations.
- Recognize and celebrate the progress and triumphs of each patient.
Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state laws.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
