Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend all required pre-job meetings to ensure alignment on project expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Area Manager to review project scope before commencing work.
  • Set up the job site effectively to facilitate smooth operations from day one.
  • Maintain open communication with inspectors, subcontractors, and owners to foster positive relationships.
  • Supervise on-site employees and ensure all work adheres to project specifications.
  • Manage subcontractor operations to guarantee efficient workflow.
  • Document daily progress through timesheets, safety cards, and necessary reports.
  • Generate two-week look-ahead schedules detailing equipment, personnel, and material needs.
  • Ensure all safety regulations and standards are met in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
  • Adapt to various tasks as needed for the success of the project.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Construction with a focus on concrete foundations.
