Construction Worker

HM Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This position involves assisting with various construction tasks, including site preparation, trenching, digging, and general labor duties. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Dig trenches and assist with laying pipe and underground utilities
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist skilled trades on job sites
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow safety procedures and job site rules
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned

• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Construction experience preferred, but not required
