Your Role

The Digital Strategic Planning, Delivery & Performance team plays a critical role in managing digital planning, project execution, and delivery for essential initiatives, vendor relations, and digital operations. As a Consultant in Strategic Planning & Delivery, you will report directly to the Principal Delivery Project Manager with a dotted line to the Senior Director. Your responsibilities will include aiding in the planning and monitoring of key operational and strategic initiatives, either directly or on behalf of the Planning and Delivery team or Senior Director. You will contribute to compiling monthly and quarterly reports for the Enterprise Portfolio Value Office and Marketing and Strategy Planning and Performance Team. Furthermore, you may be appointed as the Project Manager for moderately complex projects.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in delivering digital transformation initiatives or similar projects is necessary.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as PlanView, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar is required.
  • Experience in Agile Product Management and/or a technical background is essential.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC delivery methodologies is required.
  • SAFe Scrum Master Certification is strongly preferred.
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification is also strongly preferred.
  • PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly at the executive level, and the ability to synthesize and convey information effectively are essential.

Hybrid Work Model

This position requires employees to work in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, which balances purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. Typically, this means coming into the office two days each week. Employees residing over 50 miles from an office location will collaborate with their manager to determine in-office attendance based on business requirements.
