We are working with a well-established and growing Conveyancing practice in Derby, who are currently expanding. Due to this growth, they are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving, supportive conveyancing department, with a strong pipeline of work and excellent career progression. This is a new role created through expansion, not a replacement hire.

The Role
We are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner with solid experience managing a caseload of residential property matters. You do not need to be formally qualified, experience is what matters. Senior applicants, including qualified Property Lawyers, are also encouraged to apply.

You should have experience in:

• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• New build purchases
• Staircasing matters
• Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
