The Role
Join our innovative team as a Customer Relationship Advocate (CRA). This unique program accelerates your career growth at Fidelity with personalized support, skill development, and comprehensive training. As a licensed professional, you will provide exceptional customer service while handling inbound phone calls and assisting Fidelity's valued clients with various needs such as trade requests, money movement, and online support.
What to Expect
As a new CRA, you will immerse yourself in the financial services industry, learn new concepts, develop essential skills, and set ambitious goals through three key milestones:
- Licensing Preparation
In the initial months, you will work toward becoming a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE®, Series 7, and 63 licenses, all funded by Fidelity. This includes paid study time and access to invaluable resources like licensing coaches and workshops to ensure your success. - Skill Development
In the following months, you will tackle more complex customer inquiries while dedicating weekly time to connect with your team, meet with leadership, and expand your professional network. - Proficiency
As you gain confidence in serving customers, you will explore new career opportunities through job shadowing and our career center.
