Pay Range: $17.85 - $24.80
PURPOSE: We are seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates. In this role, you will be the face of our company, greeting customers and overseeing the storage pick-up process. Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and assist customers with their storage buy orders.
- Facilitate the pick-up process through our car topper program.
- Adhere to company standards for phone and customer interaction.
- Confirm the identity of customers picking up orders to ensure authorization.
- Collect necessary information from customers for all storage buy pickups.
- Process customer orders efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Follow safety procedures for lifting and handling merchandise.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of products in accordance with company standards.
- Consistently align your actions with the company's core values.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to collaborate with all team members.
- Proficient with computers and experience in coordinating internet projects.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work in a warehouse environment with moving vehicles; the noise level is moderate to noisy.
PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to exert 30 - 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 - 30 pounds frequently. Duties include standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and the ability to lift or move objects.

Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pickup Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
