We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager for our Adobe Practice to elevate client relationships and drive value realization initiatives. In this role, you will leverage proven methodologies and value measurement techniques to maximize client business outcomes and demonstrate tangible value throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Client Relationship Leadership

  • Demonstrated ability to independently grasp client business objectives and identify value realization opportunities.
  • Expert in translating client strategic goals into measurable outcomes and success metrics.
  • Deep understanding of client business processes, organizational culture, and key value drivers.
  • Manage and nurture account relationships, providing regular updates on value realization progress to stakeholders.

Value Analysis and Solutions

  • Create comprehensive Value Realization programs that encompass success metrics, measurement frameworks, and timeline milestones.
  • Evaluate client information, reconcile conflicting priorities, and develop strategic value narratives from tactical activities.
  • Proactively identify and communicate value realization opportunities and potential risks to clients.
  • Monitor client success metrics and key performance indicators to ensure deliverables align with business value expectations.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate effectively with multiple client constituencies to drive organizational change and support Value Realization objectives.
  • Engage with business sponsors and executive stakeholders to encourage adoption of targeted outcomes.
  • Document and distribute meeting notes and value realization reports after client interactions, ensuring follow-through on success plans.
  • Enhance client relationships in terms of value delivery, satisfaction, and long-term strategic partnership.

Strategic Value Thinking

  • Act as a thought leader in Value Realization, aligning success frameworks with overall business strategies.
  • Anticipate client and consulting team expectations regarding value delivery timelines.

Problem Solving and Client Advocacy

  • Utilize structured approaches to address client adoption challenges, value measurement issues, and success barriers.
  • Proactively manage client satisfaction, addressing potential issues before they arise.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Produce essential Value Realization documentation, including success plans, measurement frameworks, ROI reports, and executive dashboards.
  • Support the account team in creating value realization briefs, success statements of work, and measurement tools.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in consulting or agency settings.
  • Familiarity with Value Realization methodologies, ROI measurement, and business outcome tracking.
  • Experience conducting workshops to define success criteria and value metrics with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of business case development and value measurement frameworks.
  • Proven client relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to turn data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
  • Understanding of change management principles and adoption methodologies.
  • Experience managing client budgets and participating in commercial discussions.
