Customer Support & Scheduling Coordinator (Hybrid †Lancaster, PA) Long-term temporary | 1+ year | $23†$27.50/hr Looking for a role where you†re at the center of the action? We†re hiring a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support scheduling operations and serve as the go-to contact for customer communications. Schedule & Location Hybrid: Work from home Mondays & Fridays On-site Tues†Thurs in Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, or Lancaster, PA What You†ll Do Act as the main point of contact for incoming customer calls and emails Resolve questions when possible and route complex issues to the right teams Log communications and provide weekly updates Support schedulers with proactive customer outreach throughout the job lifecycle Guide customers on pre-job requirements (inspections, site prep, account setup, etc.) Schedule appointments, send reminders, and maintain communication logs Assist with work packets, job cards, IVR appointments, and work order closeouts Remove job holds, schedule temporary disconnects, and help investigate property damage claims when needed Why This Role?
