As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the welcoming presence that brings joy to our customers at Wawa. We take pride in delivering exceptional service as part of a brand that values people, integrity, and making every day a bit brighter.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and interact with customers, ensuring their needs are promptly and courteously addressed.
Prepare and serve delicious food items including breakfast options, customized sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas while maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
Accurately operate the cash register, manage payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and age verification for restricted products.
Keep the store well-stocked, making sure our shelves are fresh, full, and visually appealing.
Help maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Perform various housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and managing trash removal.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Must be 16 years or older and have reliable transportation.
A genuine enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration.
The pay for this role ranges from $16.50 to $20.25 per hour, based on position, experience, and location. Additionally, there is a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked from 12 am to 6 am.
