We are seeking a Dental Care Associate to help us enhance dental health and create memorable experiences for our patients, including children and adults. As a Dental Care Associate, you will deliver dental services alongside a supportive team. Our practice offers:

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Yearly OSHA and HIPAA training
  • A team structure of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • A patient base primarily between the ages of 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location
  • An average office flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients each day
  • A diverse payer mix including state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

We Expect You to Have:

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
  • Current, valid dental license in the states where you provide care or eligibility for licensure
  • Other necessary certifications - CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only for specific states)
  • A compassionate approach and a strong desire to serve both children and adults
