About the POSITION:

• In business for over 35 years
• 50% PPO / 50% Fee for service
• Active patients: 1,700 Dr. Chairs: 3 Hygiene Chairs: 3
• Digital X-Ray System, Medit digital scanner, Overjet
• Schedule: 2-3 days per week or full-time with a sister office nearby
• Average new patients per month: 40
• At least 5 years of clinical experience
• Highly proficient in aspects of general dentistry
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
• GPR or AEGD preferred
