Channel Campaign Coordinator

Dickies is looking for a Channel Campaign Coordinator to join our team and lead the global content strategy. This individual will have a deep passion and respect for the evolution of the Dickies brand and a deep understanding of how our campaigns can live and breathe across channels and how we define, track, and report on success. A successful candidate should be a storyteller connector, with a healthy love for product, all while being laser focused on driving digital results.

As our Channel Campaign Coordinator, you are responsible for providing organization excellence, strategic channel partnership with channel owners, effectively briefing creative teams and agency partners, and producing meaningful campaign reports that keep the business and brand informed and consistently improving performance.

A successful candidate has strong organizational skills and a strong understanding of digital channels and how they work together across the customer journey. Data insights and Channel KPIs are second nature to this candidate as setting and measuring campaign objectives will be critical to ensuring we strengthen the way we show up to our end consumer.

Key priorities for this position are redefining how we plan channel executions across product, brand, and always on campaign content ensuring we deliver cohesive stories into market. Create and define a new creative requesting framework with our creative team to help ensure smooth content delivery from brief to end channel activation. Play a key role with our optimization team to operate our creative testing framework which brings planned testing into channels to drive actional feedback and insights across teams.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will collaborate with diverse cross functional teams to go to market including specialists across digital marketing, creators, wholesale, data science, paid media, creative, and experiences. This role requires consistent collaboration, partnership, and consensus with critical stakeholder groups in order to effectively bring campaigns to life.

What you will do:
  • Take ownership of our Digital campaign calendar setting channel planning sessions and aligning with Ecommerce brand and product teams to ensure our channel campaigns on-track.
  • Provide Management digital channel inputs into our GTM calendar to ensure cross departmental communication.
  • Global campaign adjustments for local relevancy and channel suitability.
  • Enable process to develop new campaigns and channel initiatives brining ideas to life across channels.
  • Creative briefing with the channel teams to ensure smooth creative process with our creative and brand partners.
  • Wrike PM tool management to ensure channels are delivering against timelines and process check points.
  • Hosting team and departmental team meetings to achieve campaign objectives and post-mortem recaps.
  • Requirements gathering with channel owners ensuring proper and complete delivery of assets and copy (email, paid marketing, social, brand media)
  • Pitching ideas and building business cases for new budget allocation and ad-hawk projects.

  • Strong organizational skills and time management in order to keep projects and tasks moving forward in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required
  • Experienced at research; understands and makes inferences from target consumer, trends and competitive brand information
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style
Education / Position Requirements:
  • Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-3 years in years working in or around digital marketing channels and campaign programming.
  • Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, PMP certification or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Integrated brand experience preferred, apparel/retail/outdoor brand a plus
