Position Summary:

The Digital Asset Coordinator will assist in the execution of creative/marketing collateral needs with a focus on the creation and organization of digital assets. A thorough understanding of image editing as it pertains to commercial applications, as well as the varied roles a creative team plays within a corporate environment and business built on brand portfolio strategies is required. Projects will be varied and fast paced, requiring regular communication with the Creative and Marketing teams to produce and manage high quality images and assets, and varied special projects both print and web. Must have proficient knowledge and skillset in Adobe Creative Cloud and be Mac/PC savvy. Daily communication with various project leads and department leaders will be required to ensure timely delivery of assignments. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Ø Assist in the development of compelling visual assets to increase engagement and conversion in-store, on websites, social media, sales presentations, emails, and other projects as requested.

Ø Edit/Manipulate photography (Postproduction) for multiple uses including catalogs, digital ads, websites, social, email, and presentations.

Ø Assist Creative Team in developing concepts for visual marketing and merchandising, website, and emails which engage the consumer and compel desired actions.   

Ø Develop and manage product specification sheets for sales usage.

Ø Update website image, video, and text content via a CMS (Sanity, Prismic).

Ø Assist in the development of CGI briefs that aid outside 3D artists in the creation of photorealistic scenes.   

Ø Creative development related to Facebook and other social media outlets.

Ø Daily maintenance and development of creative elements for the website.   

Ø Create and manage QR codes that capture digital traffic and convert leads.

Ø Assist in management and creation of emails via Adobe XD and HubSpot.

Ø Manage digital catalogs via Flipping Book.

Ø Administration and management of DAM organization and assets.

Ø Comply with all Health and Safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Ø Perform other duties as required or assigned.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

Ø Associates, BA or BFA degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or Photography.

Ø 1 - 3 years relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ø Comfortable in cross platform (PC/MAC) environment.

Ø Highly collaborative style; experience developing and implementing communications strategies.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface effectively at all levels both internally and externally.

Ø Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign required.

Ø Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ø Ability to travel as required.
