Your Role: As a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist, you will combine your platform knowledge with strategic consulting skills. Your hands-on experience with enterprise DAM systems like Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Aprimo, or Bynder will enable you to create effective asset workflows and ensure compliance with metadata governance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional delivery of DAM implementations across various platforms.
- Define and implement asset lifecycle workflows, metadata models, and taxonomy strategies tailored to our clients' needs.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and IT teams for efficient asset management, including ingestion, tagging, rights management, and distribution.
- Transform business requirements into optimal platform configurations and user-friendly designs.
- Provide governance support for DAM, conduct user training, and facilitate change management within global teams.
- Work alongside technical experts to ensure smooth integration with CMS, PIM, and marketing automation platforms.
What You Bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in DAM consulting or operations, with a proven track record on two or more DAM platforms.
Bonus Points:
- Certifications in Adobe Experience Manager, Aprimo, or Bynder.
- Experience leading DAM implementations for global brands across various industries.
- Background in working with agencies or managing DAM in distributed organizations.
- Knowledge of integrations between DAM systems and marketing platforms.
- Experience supporting DAM for GenAI content workflows or personalization engines.
- Strong understanding of taxonomy design and metadata modeling in enterprise content ecosystems.
- Ability to work effectively with teams across functions including creative, marketing, and IT.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation: At Accenture, your compensation will reflect various factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience level. For example, the annual salary range varies based on location, with salaries ranging from $59,100 to $196,000, depending on your role and location.
