The Ideal Digital Media Specialist:

The Digital Media Specialist will be an integral part of a high-performance team, creating and managing paid search, display and video campaigns on Google, Microsoft as well as other platforms. A successful DM Specialist will effectively work with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure seamless service to clients in a fast-paced and highly competitive digital market. Candidate will be building and managing paid search campaigns in the auto industry and get to work with auto dealerships across all major brands.

The Nitty Gritty Responsibilities:

  • Achieve client business objectives through development and execution of digital media strategies
  • Manage digital media campaigns to achieve performance goals
  • Support efforts of sales team through identification, validation and analysis of opportunities for increased performance and upsells
  • Manage clients to set monthly budgets
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Track, report, and analyze paid search performance and website analytics. Support communication of campaign performance on monthly basis
  • Execute tests, collect, and analyze data, identify trends and insights to demonstrate results and potential of new tools and technologies

Skill Requirements and Experience we'd love you to have:

  • Foundational knowledge of how pay per click media works (Google Ads experience is ideal). Microsoft Ads experience is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Ability to learn multiple new platforms
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage time and multiple tasks to meet competing deadlines
  • Ability to translate technical aspects of digital campaign management into customer facing business language
  • Ability to flourish in a rapidly paced, fast-moving technology work environment
  • Self-directed and effective working independently, yet able to contribute effectively to a high-performance team
  • Contributor to bigger team picture (understands how their role impacts overall company goals and contributes to their goals for overall company success)
  • Proposes optimal solutions to business problems
  • Escalates critical issues
  • Communicates to clients with command and proposes optimal solutions for both L2T and the client
  • Expert advisor and solid collaborator with product and CST roles
  • Recognizes when issues in his/ her own department will have downstream impact & alert affected partners in a timely manner.
  • Ability to interact directly with clients via email and conference calls and apply appropriate tone and knowledge of products.
  • 1-2 years' experience working within a high volume of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Experience with Google Analytics is preferred
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager a plus
  • Experience within the digital marketing or automotive space a big plus
  • Some experience with Display advertising such as Google Ads Display Network, YouTube or Facebook Ads is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
