Responsibilities
- Manage several dozen social media and website communities. Review, edit, and curate content; train and support contributors.
- Create video content for social media and internal uses, including training. Pitch story ideas, interview subjects, shoot, capture VO, and edit video.
- Capture live events using photography and video. Edit, enhance, package, and distribute content for various uses.
- Design ads, event invitations, posters, brochures, and feature graphics for social media and sales collateral
- Manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor social media, news feeds, internet sites, and similar outlets for company mentions, new reviews, and other content relevant to the brand.
Preferred Skills, Traits, and Experience

- An eye for design
- Ability to develop clear standards and persuasively motivate social media content contributors at more than 30 sites
- Experience successfully designing and maintaining websites using Squarespace and similar.
- Experience coordinating multiple social networking platforms for an organization or business using Loomly or a similar social media management tool, including a strong understanding of content development, engagement strategies, and approval workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects and Premiere
- Familiarity with the MacOS X platform
- Ability to capture high-resolution images using digital cameras (DSLR), smartphones, and digital video cameras
- Understanding of file prep standards for multiple mediums and vendor types
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field preferred
- A portfolio showcasing your work in multiple mediums
Requirements
- Able to pass criminal background check
Extra Credit
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector, including HIPAA compliance and skilled nursing facilities
