Your Role:

A fantastic opportunity awaits a highly qualified professional to oversee all dining services and food & beverage operations within our community. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and high-quality dining experience for our residents and guests.

What We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in high-quality Food & Beverage operations management, particularly in restaurants, country clubs, hotels, or senior living settings.
• Proven experience managing multiple food and beverage venues.
• Strong understanding of budget management, financial reporting, staff training, and management.
• Current health and sanitation certification for your state.
• Ability to supervise, hire, train, and effectively motivate staff.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience with Point of Sale systems.
• Excellent communication skills, financial insight, and a professional demeanor suitable for formal dining environments.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) designation is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain CDM and Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE) certifications if not already held.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are necessary or must be willing to achieve them.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
