We're on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Director to spearhead our commercial expansion efforts. This role is perfect for a strategic seller with over 10 years of experience in closing large, intricate deals within multi-stakeholder settings. If you have direct experience in selling to the healthcare sector and possess a robust network of healthcare leaders and industry connections, you could fast-track our market entry and account engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess deep healthcare knowledge, the capability to create high-impact use cases, and a strong grasp of UCC technologies, including UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud communications, and customer experience. As a senior individual contributor in a quota-carrying role, you must excel in influencing without direct authority and closely collaborate with Product Management and other teams. A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with disciplined execution, is vital to drive revenue growth.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
Crafting and executing GoTo’s healthcare growth strategy by pinpointing specific segments, priority accounts, essential use cases, and lucrative revenue opportunities focused on patient engagement and compliance.
Developing and nurturing executive relationships within strategic healthcare organizations, leading consultative sales initiatives that reveal business necessities and align GoTo's UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, and cloud solutions with customer objectives.
Managing complex opportunity strategies from pipeline generation to closing, including account planning, stakeholder mapping, business case formulation, proposal tactics, negotiation, forecasting, and revenue execution.
Establishing and strengthening strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem, including EHR vendors, system integrators, and healthcare associations to accelerate market entry and customer acquisition.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and Legal to create healthcare-specific messaging and drive go-to-market priorities based on customer insights.
What We're Seeking:
Over 10 years of experience in strategic account sales, enterprise sales, or business development in healthcare technology, SaaS, or cloud communications.
Demonstrated success in generating sales pipeline, penetrating key accounts, and closing high-value enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in serving healthcare organizations, including providers, payers, or digital health sectors.
Comprehensive understanding of solution-based selling and healthcare-relevant technologies, including UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, HIPAA, and HITRUST.
A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Proficiency in English is essential for global collaboration; additional language skills are a bonus.

Annual OTE [Base + Commissions Target] Range: $210,000 - $294,000
Compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and comparison with peers in similar roles. A variable pay component and comprehensive benefits package are included.
