In this highly visible role, as our Director of Business Development your activities will be key in expanding the company's business partnerships, client base, & visibility. You will work as a close partner with our Director of PR and your success will show through:

Duties
Support and nurture brand recognition and strong desirability with high-net-worth client base
Manage B2B local marketing partnerships with existing entities, manage and expand relationships with preferred vendors, oversee and manage on-site logistics for events including retail, promotional and philanthropic efforts
Management of marketing-sales opportunities that enhance company visibility and revenue generation with focus on private sales and retail support. (Including opportunities with other Stephen Silver Fine Jewelry divisions such as wholesale, secondary market, repairs etc.)
Develop and structure annual marketing and sales plans in conjunction with retail and marketing teams in support of organizational strategy and objectives
Oversee direct market research, competitor analysis and improve process and systems for CRM
Participate in the quarterly and annual marketing-sales planning of the organization's objectives
Create and manage ROI approach for measuring effectiveness for all on-site events, pop-ups and overall event, marketing activations and collaborations
Collaborate closely with the Director of Retail, Marketing and Operations team to host unique experiences at our boutique onsite and remote
Project manage any special projects or initiatives as assigned by owners
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing staff member(s) and contract relationships
Required Minimum Qualifications
Luxury aficionado with respect for artisan craftsmanship
Eight (8) plus years BD or Sales Marketing professional in the luxury industry
Implementing successful marketing-sales initiatives
Event and brand vendor relationships is a plus
Knowledgeable with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
Hands-on, get it done', results-driven while working closely with team members
Bachelor's degree in related field
