About the Role
The Company is in search of a dynamic Director of Forecasting Excellence to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering strategic insights and data-driven recommendations that support decision-making across the organization. As a vital leader, you will head a team of 4-5 directors, managing a total team size of 30-35 talented individuals. This role is perfect for an innovative leader who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about fostering collaboration to drive the commercial success of our therapeutic portfolio.
You will engage with a diverse set of senior stakeholders, offering your insights while also challenging the status quo. Your expertise in industry trends, forecasting techniques, analytics, and market research will keep our team at the forefront of best practices. We are looking for candidates with a Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree coupled with substantial experience in forecasting, and strong managerial skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of building and nurturing high-impact teams, emphasizing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Essential qualifications include strong business acumen and an in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical markets, particularly within relevant therapeutic areas. You should have exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence senior executives. Your commitment to bringing new methodologies to life will enhance our forecasting capabilities.
