About the Role

Are you a strategic and creative marketer ready to lead the growth marketing efforts for an exciting event portfolio? We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to take charge of attracting, engaging, and converting both new and returning audiences. If you have a knack for crafting captivating email marketing campaigns and can create compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience, this role is for you!

As our Director of Growth Marketing, you will:

• Drive growth through innovative marketing channels with a strong emphasis on email marketing.
• Create and maintain impactful marketing narratives that reflect our distinct brand voice.
• Manage partner relationships and collaborate effectively with agencies and partners.
• Have the opportunity to build and lead a small team as we grow.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5-8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a related role.
• A proven track record in email marketing, campaign development, and managing creative assets.
• Strong creative instincts and excellent written communication skills.
• A desire to work with ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine curiosity about consumer behavior and decision-making.
