The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate and possess a strategic mindset to identify and act on growth opportunities.

3. **Business Development:** Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships or alliances.

6. **Reporting:** Regularly report to senior management on growth initiatives, progress, and results.
