We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Product and Data Systems to lead our technology team in driving the development and optimization of our in-office product lines and data analytics systems. This high-impact role demands a technology leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to advancing healthcare technology. Your mission will be to execute key technology initiatives that align with our business goals, enhance the point of care, and ensure exceptional product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the launch of programmatic advertising initiatives.
• Oversee cloud-based database administration and management.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive QA testing protocols.
• Revise and improve provider content workflows for efficiency.
• Manage offshore development teams and vendors to drive project success.
• Document processes and ensure best practices are followed across the team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of relevant product management experience, preferably within growth-stage startups.
• Strong technical proficiency in AWS, Ad Systems DevOps, Snowflake, Airtable, MS SQL, and Apache Airflow.
• Experience with project management tools including Atlassian/JIRA Confluence and Salesforce.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
