The Opportunity
Join our Business Application Consulting team and lead the charge in delivering exceptional SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) solutions. As a Director, you will define strategic initiatives, spearhead business development, and oversee numerous projects while cultivating strong relationships with executive clients. This position not only empowers you to influence client engagements but also allows you to nurture the next generation of leaders in a vibrant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellence in the delivery of SAP BRIM projects.
- Define strategic goals and spearhead business development efforts.
- Manage multiple projects aligned with client expectations.
- Interact with senior stakeholders to shape client engagements.
- Mentor and guide future leaders within the team.
- Encourage practice development and contribute to thought leadership in the field.
- Leverage extensive hands-on experience in SAP BRIM implementations.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere that encourages innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 10 years of SAP experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 6 years of hands-on SAP BRIM implementation experience.
- Relevant SAP certifications in BRIM components or S/4HANA Finance.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP BRIM program delivery.
- Strong ability to navigate client engagements with C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience in driving quality assurance across various workstreams.
- Proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams across projects.
- Established relationships with senior clients leading to repeat engagements.
- Experience with a Big 4 or Tier 1 system integrator.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000, with actual compensation depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hires are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and PwC offers a comprehensive range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, and family sick leave.
