Your Role
Drive strategic sales efforts and business development initiatives focused on Oracle EPM to enhance market presence and revenue growth.
Formulate and implement territory and account strategies that align with our organizational goals for sustainable business outcomes.
Establish and nurture high-level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CEOs, and key decision-makers in major enterprises.
Act as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor for significant customer engagements and transformation projects.
Manage complex sales cycles, coordinating across Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Value Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
Guide and develop team members through effective leadership, sharing knowledge, and executing best practices.
Promote the advantages of Oracle's unified, multi-pillar cloud strategy through the compelling “Why Oracle” narrative.
Spot market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs to shape our go-to-market strategies and pipeline growth.
Cultivate a high-performance, client-focused culture emphasizing innovation, accountability, and measurable results.
Consistently achieve ambitious growth targets and organizational goals.
Travel as necessary to support executive-level customer interactions and strategic initiatives.
About You

Proven experience in managing complex enterprise sales and transformational initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management and cloud technologies.

The ability to inspire, mentor, and collaborate across various teams and organizations.
A customer-centric approach focused on fostering long-term partnerships and delivering business value.

Preferred Background & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, business development, or leadership, ideally in EPM, ERP, or cloud-based applications.
Successful track record managing large, complex accounts and executive relationships.
Proven capacity to lead strategic initiatives and promote enterprise-wide transformation programs.
History of surpassing revenue goals and promoting organizational growth.
Experience in matrixed, global organizations and cross-functional leadership environments.
Prior mentorship or leadership experience is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of EPM market dynamics, competitive positioning, and enterprise financial transformation.

Salary and Benefits Information:
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $135,200 to $270,800 per year. Eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Commission eligibility with a general pay mix of 60/40.
