The Opportunity
As part of the Tax Compliance team, you will lead the design and implementation of high-impact services for private companies. In this role, you'll direct the strategic vision and spearhead business development initiatives while overseeing multiple projects and maintaining high-level client relations. Your influence will be pivotal in driving business growth, enhancing client engagements, and nurturing emerging leaders, all while upholding PwC's standards of quality, integrity, and inclusivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of impactful private company tax services.
- Establish strategic direction and propel business development efforts.
- Oversee several projects and make critical decisions that affect outcomes.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- CPA, Bar Member, or other pertinent tax, technology, or finance certifications may be essential for this role.

The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, subject to applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
