The Dishwasher plays a vital role in supporting the kitchen staff, ensuring the smooth operation of guest service in our restaurant. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment while embodying our Company culture and values.

• Comprehend property layouts, table setups, room capacities, hours of operation, price ranges, and dress codes.
• Ability to sustain abundant physical activity throughout the work area.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strictly adhere to state sanitation regulations and Company standards of operation.
• Inspect and uphold cleanliness and organization of line workstations throughout the shift.
• Collect dirty dishes from the line, counter, or service assistant trays.
• Sort dirty dishes into racks for washing.
• Efficiently operate the dishwashing system while following all safety protocols.
• Sort and organize clean dishes in accordance with Company standards.

Additional Info:

One to two years of experience and/or training is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
