Overview
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a vital part of our team. Our ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring every patient has a positive and enjoyable experience. Outstanding communication and teamwork skills are essential in our fast-paced and dynamic work environment. This is a full-time position available at one of our clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Demonstrate clinical competency as an LPN by administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner in line with company standards.
- Effectively communicate with physicians, Medical Assistants, Patient Coordinators, and others regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules.
- Properly document clinical and surgical chart notes.
- Maintain the highest level of patient care and service at all times.
- Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by providing remarkable care and experience.
- Assist in all aspects of clinical and surgical environments.
- Remain tactful and professional while interacting with diverse personalities.
- Complete additional projects or duties assigned by Clinical Leadership Members.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Current LPN license.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Current IV certification.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- High energy with a strong focus on patient care and experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask under pressure while being responsive to patients and team members.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-12 hours).
- Capable of pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 pounds.
