Outpatient only Pediatrics

• Monday Friday from 8 am 6 pm (40 hours per week)
• 20 minute time slots with 5 hours of weekly admin time
• Dedicated same day sick/short follow-up and newborn slots
• Pediatric hospitalist plan in place to cover all inpatient work will eliminate all call for outpatient providers starting in April, 2023
• Very minimal mommy call in which pediatricians rotate receiving calls from the after-hours call line. Doctors rarely get called.
• Salary range is around $220K plus additional bonuses available
• Additional production incentives available
• J-1 sponsorship available through the HHS waiver program or H1B cap-exempt sponsorship available
• BE/BC American Board of Pediatrics
• 2 physicians needed for outpatient pediatrics by summer of 2023
