About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Growth Director to drive our ambitious expansion strategy across diverse online channels. This critical role requires a dynamic professional with a strong history of scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) and marketplace businesses from 7-figure to 8-figure revenues. As part of our team, you will shape our go-to-market strategy, enhance customer acquisition efforts, and establish a powerful growth engine.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing innovative strategies for Amazon growth.
- Leading the launch and optimization of new e-commerce stores.
- Driving strategic initiatives for brand expansion.
- Embracing a hands-on approach to performance marketing, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and e-commerce analytics.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years' experience in e-commerce growth, digital marketing, or marketplace optimization. A comprehensive understanding of performance marketing across all channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Ads, is crucial. You should also have expertise in SEO, CRO, and e-commerce analytics, along with proven experience launching and expanding DTC brands.
