Job Summary

As an Educational Services Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and administrators by enhancing the mental health and well-being of students. You'll conduct psychological and academic assessments and recommend effective interventions for students facing mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges in the learning environment.

Your students will range from grades K-12, with needs that may vary from mild to severe, and your interventions will be tailored to their specific requirements based on their individual education plans (IEP) or 504 plans. Collaboration will be key as you work alongside other school-based professionals, including counselors and therapists.

You’ll engage directly with students to foster communication skills, mediate conflicts, encourage positive peer interactions, and implement strategies to prevent bullying and violence. Identifying at-risk students and providing crisis prevention strategies will also be part of your responsibilities.

Building strong relationships with families is essential. You will regularly update parents on their children's mental health and academic progress, and connect them with community resources as needed.

We seek a versatile Educational Services Psychologist who excels in collaboration with diverse groups of students, families, educators, and administrators. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, remains calm under pressure, and is driven to meet the mental, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
