Position: Email Marketing Strategist (NJ or Boston)

Salary: $75,000 - $105,000
Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking a full-time Email Marketing Strategist to join their marketing team.
This role is Hybrid in-person 4 days and 1 day remote (flexible days). This role can be located in either Boston or Woodbridge, NJ.
-Demonstrated track record of success implementing and managing cold email campaigns across various email service providers
-Experience using HTML/CSS to create dynamic emails for direct to consumer email campaigns
-Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills
-Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
-Conceptualize, lead and execute dynamic, data-driven email marketing strategies to generate leads and call to action, grow brand awareness and increase quoting traffic via cold email campaigns targeting purchased and acquired lists, and drive user retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional digital marketing/strategy teams to identify opportunities for increasing conversion and ensure the desired strategy and tactics are implemented accurately
-Acquire, clean, segment, and manage various email listings for planned campaigns
-Create, monitor, and enhance email prospecting journeys to improve engagement across various segments
-Monitor and report on relevant KPI's including Bounce Rate, Delivery Rate, Open Rate, Click Through Rate
-Track, analyze and report regularly on email campaign results and email KPI's
-Conduct user research and A/B testing to understand user needs and pain points, test new concepts, improve and optimize campaigns
-3+ years of experience in direct response email marketing (cold email/prospecting). Insurance, credit card, or banking industries is a plus
-1-3 years of experience using HTML/CSS to create dynamic emails for direct to consumer email campaigns
-Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task effectively
