MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Dual-site Engineering Manager. This is a perm role based in Livingston.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Engineering Function for both sites.
• Coach and develop your team to ensure capability optimisation.
• Ensure engineering strategy is in place and adhered to.
• Deliver maintenance excellence by closing any gaps identified during audits.
• Deliver legislative compliance.
• To work with operations and foster a one team' culture.
• Support, motivate and develop your team

What are we looking for?

• FMCG experience essential
• HNC or above in an Engineering Discipline
• IOSH qualified
• Continuous Improvement mindset
• Experience Leading a team

Salary up to £75K DOE + Bonus + Benefits.
