Your Responsibilities

  • Become proficient in our systems and product offerings to provide exceptional client experiences.
  • Engage with warm leads and respond to previous client inquiries (we provide high-quality leads).
  • Connect with clients virtually via Zoom or phone, assisting them to create protections that build generational wealth.
  • Oversee client communications and manage the lifecycle of client relationships.
  • Establish your personal brand and grow your book of business—recruit and lead a team when you are ready.
  • Aim for performance goals to access promotions, leadership roles, and revenue-sharing opportunities.
  • Maintain your licensing, contracting, and market compliance.
  • Participate in weekly virtual training and leadership development sessions.

Requirements

  • Access to a reliable phone, data, and Wi-Fi connection.
  • Ability to pass a background check and meet carrier contracting requirements.
  • Active Life & Health license, or a readiness to get licensed (we will assist you in obtaining it within 7-10 days).

Who You Are

  • You aspire to build and own something meaningful—not just earn a paycheck.
  • You possess an entrepreneurial mindset: able to plan, execute, iterate, and refuse to settle for average.
  • Effective communicator with a comfort for phone and video interactions.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy individual.
  • Preferably have 2+ years of experience in sales, service, or business ownership—but grit and results matter more.
