Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Location: LaGrange, GA

Compensation: $100k-115k+, based on experience, plus year end bonus

Overview

Seeking an experienced EHS & Lean Manager to lead safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety controls
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Develop and deliver safety training
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Lead waste reduction and environmental compliance efforts
• Maintain safety policies, records, emergency plans, and Safety Committee minutes
• Manage PPE and first-aid inventory
• Lead Lean improvement initiatives and 5S implementation
• Conduct Lean audits and maintain Lean roadmap/reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Six Sigma Black Belt & CSP preferred
• 5+ years of EHS and/or Lean experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office; Dynamics FO experience a plus
