Responsibilities:

• Assist in the comprehensive planning and coordination of events, attending to logistics, schedules, and vendor management.
• Support the event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all operations run efficiently.
• Communicate proactively with clients, vendors, and team members to confirm and realize all event details as designed.
• Manage all event materials, equipment, and supplies, keeping them organized and ready for deployment.
• Monitor the progress of events, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide post-event support, gathering valuable feedback and preparing insightful reports.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in event planning or coordination is advantageous.
