About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Executive Director of Investor Relations to spearhead all aspects of our investor relations function. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement an investor relations strategy that aligns with our corporate objectives, serving as the primary liaison for institutional investors, analysts, and other key financial stakeholders. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term relationships and facilitating clear, transparent communication about the company's progress, market positioning, and financial outlook.
Your responsibilities will include managing investor communications, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic insights to our leadership team. Working closely with our R&D, regulatory, and finance teams, you will craft insightful investor messaging that translates complex scientific and clinical developments into digestible information.
To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and have at least 15 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, ideally within the biotechnology, pharma, or life sciences sectors. A solid understanding of the healthcare industry—encompassing financial models, clinical trial phases, and regulatory processes—is vital. Proven experience in public company investor relations, capital markets, and a robust personal network within the investment community will significantly enhance your application. Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and adhere to financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
