This role focuses on defining business requirements, validating technology solutions, and enhancing systems and processes. We're looking for a proactive individual who excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders to drive impactful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
    • Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and meticulously document business requirements.
    • Evaluate and prioritize requirements by balancing business goals with technical feasibility.
    • Utilize modelling techniques such as use cases, process flows, and data analysis to clarify and validate requirements effectively.
  • Solution Evaluation & Validation:
    • Assess proposed technical solutions to ensure alignment with defined business requirements.
    • Conduct impact assessments to understand effects on current systems, processes, and stakeholders.
    • Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Process Improvement & Optimisation:
    • Analyze existing business processes to uncover opportunities for enhancement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement changes that enhance efficiency or reduce operational costs.
    • Facilitate workshops to gather input and brainstorm process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across various business levels.
    • Communicate proposed changes effectively, managing expectations and ensuring ongoing alignment and engagement.
  • Documentation & Communication:
    • Create comprehensive business requirement documents, process maps, and solution overviews.
    • Translate complex technical solutions into clear formats understandable to non-technical audiences.
    • Maintain project documentation and version control for clarity and traceability.
  • Quality & Testing Support:
    • Contribute to defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
    • Offer specialized support during testing phases, including defect triage and resolution.
    • Engage in post-implementation reviews to evaluate effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Contract Details

Start: ASAP

Initial Term: Through to end of 2025, with strong extension potential into 2026

Location: Remote-first, with occasional travel required

IR35: Outside IR35
