Experienced Retail Co-Managers Wanted

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to provide exceptional operational leadership at our store. Your expertise in merchandising will be vital in maintaining an inviting and appealing shopping environment. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor for both new and existing team members, helping to guide their growth and success.

Starting salary range: $65,000 to $70,000 plus annual bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in leading daily operations and strategies.
• Utilize your merchandising skills to enhance product presentation and store layout.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in retail management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with sound decision-making abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities.
