Responsibilities
- Deliver quality care in clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals.
- Lead clinic staff in providing exceptional patient services.
- Review patients' medical histories, symptoms, and medications to determine appropriate care.
- Engage actively with clinical leadership to foster strong patient experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date patient charts and ensure timely communication.
- Implement and adhere to clinical protocols as directed.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions while prescribing and educating patients on their care.
- Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements
- Flexible scheduling, with full-time employees working 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.

Experience Requirements
Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
Experience: Relevant practice experience in settings such as Urgent Care, ER, or Family Medical Practice preferred.
Licensure: Active nursing license and DEA registration required; DOT certification must be obtained within 120 days of employment.
