Certifications: Board Certified preferred but will accept Board Eligible

Facility Details:
Our providers typically see all ages and diagnosis codes.
The call schedule is by phone only and each provider in the rotation only takes calls about 1 in 20 weeks.
All Providers are expected to sign a contract.
Once fully trained, Physicians should see 25-30 patients per day, Mid-Levels should see 18-20 per day.
Some Providers are certified to perform DOT physicals but it is not mandatory.
We do provide Ryan White services as well as Medication Assisted Therapy.
Providers who have interest in either of those things can let us know.
We see a variety of family practice patients.
We also have Prenatal services available in several sites, including Fairfax.
We have a great behavioral health team and a pharmacy in 3 sites.
Schedule:
Hours: 8:00-5:00
Dates/ Schedule needed: 4 or 4.5 days per week
We accept: Medicare, Medicaid, Self Pay, Sliding Fee
