Family Practice - Without OB Physician

CareNational is looking for an experienced Family Medicine Physician in West Phoenix, AZ! This is a direct hire position and ideal candidates will have the desire to work full time as an Family Medicine Physician. Pay Details:

• Pay Range: $210,000 - $230,000
• RVU Bonus

• On Site

Position Details:

• Direct Hire
• Location: West Phoenix, Arizona
• Schedule: 4 10-Hour Shifts or 5 8-Hour Shifts

• See a variety in your caseload, from preventative care to chronic conditions
• Assures personal compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies
• Thrive in a community care model with supporting staff and resources
• Spend your time clinically focused on patient care and charting as it relates to your scope of practice

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited United States Family Medicine Residency program
• Board certified
• Valid Arizona medical license
• Valid DEA certificate
• Currently BLS
• Valid Arizona driver's license
