Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon sought to join a busy private practice in Boston suburbs. Group cover two hospitals and two Surgical Centers. Some General Ortho required while building your practice. Participate in general call schedule. Weekends are in tandem of mid-level providers. Ideal candidate will have 5 years of clinical experience, an active Massachusetts license and a desire to be part of a private practice. Financial package will include a salary plus incentives based on collections. Partnership will be offered. Strong benefits include 5 weeks of paid time off, health insurance, 401K and profit sharing.
