Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door interactions and community outreach, bringing our innovative broadband offers directly to potential customers.
  • Create exceptional experiences by clearly sharing service benefits, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring follow-up that builds lifelong loyalty!
  • Collaborate effectively with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while supporting additional duties and special projects.

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals in retail or direct sales, simplifying complex product offerings for customers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Sales & Negotiation Excellence - Proficiency in direct-to-consumer sales, especially door-to-door, with strong negotiation abilities to secure agreements and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Communication & Customer Engagement - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective customer connections, addressing inquiries, delivering compelling product presentations, and guiding seamless transitions to T-Mobile services.
  • Problem Solving & Adaptability - Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues during sales processes while adjusting approaches to meet diverse customer needs and respond to market changes.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP): Preferred
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP): Preferred

Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $30,000.00
Annualized Incentive Target: $48,600. Actual earnings may vary based on performance and full-time status. Every T-Mobile employee is guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, combining base pay and incentives. Additionally, every team member is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
